JiffyTax is operated by Claudia Chopik, a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada. This refund policy explains our position on subscription payments.

No Refunds

All JiffyTax subscription payments are final and non-refundable. When you subscribe to JiffyTax Pro, you are paying for access to the service for that billing period. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period.

Cancel Anytime

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to JiffyTax Pro features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after your cancellation takes effect.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or in error, please contact us within 30 days at claudiachopik@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Free Trial

JiffyTax offers a free tier so you can try the service before subscribing. We encourage you to use the free tier to ensure JiffyTax meets your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.
