JiffyTax is a Canadian HST tracking tool operated by Claudia Chopik, a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada. JiffyTax helps self-employed individuals, freelancers, independent contractors, and realtors track HST paid on business expenses and HST collected on invoices.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada to use JiffyTax. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you enter into the app.
JiffyTax is a tracking and organizational tool only. It does not constitute professional tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult a qualified accountant or tax professional for advice specific to your situation. JiffyTax is not liable for any errors in your tax filings.
JiffyTax offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
All payments are final and non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at claudiachopik@gmail.com.
You own your data. JiffyTax does not sell your personal information to third parties. Receipt images are processed using AI technology solely for the purpose of extracting tax information for your records. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
We strive to keep JiffyTax available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
